Your hotline is the most annoying hotline I have ever come across.
ReplyDeleteI have been trying to get through for 45 minutes but still not got through.
Kept me on hold and finally says good but and the line get cut off. I spent miney on reload cards. But waisted all. Still waiting to speak to an agent to get payment advice. Disgrace
this hotline number is not working. no responsible person. ikman.lk sucks.

ReplyDeleteThis is the worse advertisement company I have ever came across this people are really cheating I Rs 1900 twice but I didn't see my AD published also when I wont to make an complain about this the SO CALLED HOTLINE put me on hold for hours and hours and at the end it says GOOD BYE

ReplyDeleteAfter making the payment of Rs. 2800/- for the advertisement my advertisement was not published where as i was not even replied on my mails. they don't have at least the ground level courtesy to respond to a client and serve the client even after taking comparatively high chargers.

ReplyDeleteI made a order online on last sunday and got a order ID number.to get know about their delivary procedire i rang the number mentioned in that page.i got a voice recording tjere are no one to pick the phone because office is closed today. How irresponsible this company is.why dont they make a notice dont buy online on sundays. Untill now there is no one contact me regarding my order.Shame on this

ReplyDeleteworst is they acknowledge my payment of 6700 rupees and someone sends me a message that I have to pay another 4000 rupees. My phone number is not in the ad so whats the point in being live in the advertisement. really
